A flat rate surcharge of $165.00 per item applies to large items like
Pianos, Safes, Photocopiers, Fish Tanks, Pool/Billiard Tables, etc. Large items weigh greater than 200kg and/or are particularly large or awkward to carry and/or require special equipment to move. Large items weigh less than 400 kg. If you have items weighing greater than 400kg then you need our Custom Removal Solutions. |

| Sensitive Item Surcharge | ||
|
A surcharge of $125.00 applies to sensitive and damagable items if they are not properly packaged for transit. This includes plasma and LCD TVs, computer equipment, and other such expensive and sensitive items. |

| Travel Fuel Surcharge | ||
|
A fuel surcharge of 5% applies if your removal is outside a 20km radius around Canberra ACT. This applies only to Local Canberra ACT Region Removals. Fuel for Interstate Removals is calculated per truck and per kilometre, and included in your fixed price free quote. |

Pre-Packing and Un-Packing Teams Our 2-Person Packing Teams are used for prepacking and unpacking your contents with utmost care. Pre-packing or Un-packing your home typically takes around 4 to 8 hours depending on your item inventory, and number of fragile items. |
Our 2 person pre-packing teams are experts at packing for transit so your belongings are safe from breakage.
$120.00 per hour. Minimum 4 Hours. No flag fall. Minimum Fee $480.00. Each additional 30 minutes charged at $60.00. |

Un-packing is usually slightly faster the pre-packing since its easier to unwrap items than wrap them.

Applies to Lounges, Matresses, and other large furniture items. Customers who Book Online recieve one free Lounge or Matress Wrapping. Wrapping is optional and charged at $8.50 per item. All fragile items are also wrapped in industry specific padded blankets as your team loads them onto your truck. |

Our Change Address Service is used to connect, disconnect, or transfer your
electricity, gas, phone, and internet, as well as
update your address details for all of your memberships. Price depends on how many connections, disconnections, transfers, and membership address updates you require, and also the providers that your requirements are with. To recieve a quote for your address change connections and memberships update please apply using our Change Address form. |
